Day 1
Meeting of the group by representatives of the company, accommodation in a comfortable transport;
Departure from Odessa to Bolgrad.

Arrival to Bolgrad. Visit to the “Balkanski Yastia” mehana. During a tour of the production, which is led by the founder himself – Sergey Rusev, tourists can get acquainted with the process of creating meat delicacies and take part in one of the stages. An interesting and informative excursion awaits guests, tasting 8-10 types of raw smoked products with wine, made according to old Balkan recipes, tasting spices and homemade liqueurs. After tasting, a real Bulgarian feast – a lunch of traditional dishes:Kurban-kyufta, meat dishes cooked in the presence of guests on a skar (grill), sheep cheese, homemade lutenitsa (adjika), traditional Bulgarian homemade pastries straight from the oven, wine, kvass or compote. During lunch, guests will learn about traditional Bulgarian dishes, as well as the peculiarities of Bulgarian cuisine.
Moving to the factory Bolgrad winery. For more than 17 years of work, winemakers have managed to create high quality natural wine that combines a variety of grape vines and the richness of winemaking traditions of the region. We will get acquainted with the primary winemaking and quality control system, visit the wine bottling workshop and laboratory. Moving to Shabo.
Visiting Chateau Lacarin.  Chateau Lacarin located off the road, among the vineyards. This is a small estate founded by Swiss winemakers in the 19th century. Marianne Lacarin prepares wonderful meals using natural products from her farm. And the winemaker Christophe Lacarin himself, like a true Frenchman, enjoys spending time with guests at the table, talking about life, wine, business. And then he leads them to his huge wine cellar, demonstrates the process of making wine and champagne, carefully making sure that the glasses do not remain empty. Moving to the Shabo Wine Culture Center, visits with an excursion to the territory of the wine-making complex, production workshops, underground wine storage facilities. Tasting of 6 types of wines.
